  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the corn, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and sour cream.
  4. Brush the grilled corn with the mayonnaise mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the corn with cotija cheese, chili powder, and cilantro.
  6. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
