Ingredients 

Chicken

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. 5. Fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy, about 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
