Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 quarts Water
  • ½ cup Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 pounds Red Potatoes halved
  • 4 ears Corn cut into thirds
  • 2 pounds Andouille Sausage cut into pieces
  • 2 pounds Shrimp deveined
  • 4 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1 lemon Lemon cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. Fill a large pot with 4 quarts of water. Add Old Bay seasoning and bring to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add corn and sausage, cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Drain and transfer to a large serving platter. Drizzle with melted butter and serve with lemon wedges.
