- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg beaten
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon butter for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, flour, beaten egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Scoop the potato mixture into the pan, forming small patties.
Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
