Open Face Mozzarella Sandwich Recipe
A simple and delicious open-face sandwich with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.

Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Bread preferably sourdough
- 4 slices Fresh Mozzarella
- 1 unit Tomato sliced
- 1 handful Fresh Basil
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the bread slices on a baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the bread slices.
Layer the mozzarella slices on the bread.
Add tomato slices on top of the mozzarella.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
