  • 1 can Tuna drained
  • 2 slices Bread your choice
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Butter softened
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice and place them on a baking sheet, buttered side down.
  4. Top each slice with the tuna mixture and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
