Open-Faced Tuna Melt Sandwich Recipe
A quick and easy open-faced tuna melt sandwich that's perfect for lunch or a light dinner.

- 1 can Tuna drained
- 2 slices Bread your choice
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Butter softened
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice and place them on a baking sheet, buttered side down.
Top each slice with the tuna mixture and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
