Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles soaked in water
  • 1 cup Chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 1 cup Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 pc Lemon cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add chicken and shrimp. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and shrimp turns opaque.
  3. 3. Add carrots and cabbage. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in soy sauce, fish sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add soaked rice noodles. Toss to combine and cook until noodles are tender and liquid is absorbed.
  6. 6. Season with ground black pepper. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
