Ingredients

  • 400 g Pasta any short pasta
  • 200 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 150 g Mozzarella cubed
  • 50 g Black Olives sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • a handful Fresh Basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and black olives.
  3. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Toss everything together until well combined. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
