Ingredients

  • 8 oz Noodles
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 cup Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, etc.), sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Peanuts for garnish
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
  3. 3. Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the sliced vegetables until tender.
  4. 4. Add the cooked noodles and peanut sauce to the pan with the vegetables. Toss to combine and heat through.
  5. 5. Serve the peanut noodles in bowls, garnished with chopped peanuts and green onions.
