  • 1 lb Beef sirloin sliced into thin strips
  • 1 Green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Cook for another 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in the soy sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
