Ingredients 

Pasta

  • 400 g Pasta

Pesto

  • 2 cups Fresh Basil
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Pine Nuts toasted
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine basil, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Toss the cooked pasta with the pesto sauce until evenly coated.
  4. 4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
