Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 cups Shredded provolone cheese
  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and sauté the bell pepper and onion until tender.
  4. Return the steak to the skillet and mix with the vegetables.
  5. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, add the steak mixture, and top with more cheese. Place another tortilla on top.
  6. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden and crispy, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
