  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 cloves Garlic smashed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add garlic and jalapeno slices to the boiling mixture. Remove from heat.
  3. 3. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Transfer jalapenos and liquid to a jar.
  4. 4. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
