Pineapple Chicken Recipe
A delicious and easy pineapple chicken recipe that's perfect for a quick dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
- 1 cup Bell pepper sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add bell pepper and pineapple chunks, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
