Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Bell pepper sliced
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add bell pepper and pineapple chunks, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in soy sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
  8. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
