  • 1 cup Polenta
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add salt.
  2. Gradually whisk in the polenta. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until thickened, about 30-40 minutes.
  3. Stir in butter and Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Serve warm.
