Instructions
Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
Add warm water and knead until dough is smooth.
Roll out dough and cut into circles.
Place a spoonful of filling on each circle and fold over, sealing edges.
Boil perogies in salted water until they float.
Fry boiled perogies in butter until golden brown.
