Pork Chops in Garlic Mushroom Sauce
Delicious pork chops smothered in a creamy garlic mushroom sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Pork Chops
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet until browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add mushrooms and garlic. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
Return pork chops to the skillet, spoon sauce over them, and simmer for a few minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
