Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.
Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add pot stickers and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes or until the water has evaporated.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
