Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 2 cups Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 package Wonton Wrappers
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil for frying
  • ¼ cup Water for steaming

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add pot stickers and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  4. Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes or until the water has evaporated.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
