Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Beef broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. Brown the ground beef in the pressure cooker on sauté mode.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Add the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir well.
  5. 5. Lock the lid and set the pressure cooker to high pressure for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  7. 7. Stir the chili and serve hot.
