- 2 lbs Pork Shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 6 Burger Buns
1. Place pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour over the pork.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
4. Remove pork from the slow cooker and shred with two forks.
5. Return shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix with the sauce.
6. Serve on burger buns.
