Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cucumbers, sliced
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon dill seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
1. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar and salt dissolve. Remove from heat and let cool.
2. Place cucumbers, mustard seeds, dill seeds, and garlic in a jar.
3. Pour the cooled vinegar mixture over the cucumbers in the jar. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
