Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dill seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar and salt dissolve. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. 2. Place cucumbers, mustard seeds, dill seeds, and garlic in a jar.
  3. 3. Pour the cooled vinegar mixture over the cucumbers in the jar. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
