Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Duck about 5-6 pounds
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Thyme fresh, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary fresh, chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rinse the duck and pat it dry with paper towels.
Rub the duck with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle the thyme and rosemary all over the duck.
Place the duck in a roasting pan and roast for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the duck rest for 10 minutes before carving.
