Rolled Sugar Cookies Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick. Cut into shapes using cookie cutters.
Place cookies 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
