Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, green onions, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the salmon patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
