Sausage Casserole Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Sausages sliced
- 2 cups Potatoes diced
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Onions chopped
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large casserole dish, combine the sausages, potatoes, carrots, and onions.
Pour the chicken broth over the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the top.
