Sausage Egg and Cheese Scramble Recipe

- 4 oz Sausage crumbled
- 4 Eggs beaten
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
Add the crumbled sausage and cook until browned.
Pour in the beaten eggs and cook, stirring frequently.
Once the eggs are almost set, add the shredded cheese and cook until melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
