- 6 eggs
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ½ cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the shredded cheese and crumbled sausage.
Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into the cups.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are set and lightly browned.
Let them cool slightly before removing from the tin. Enjoy!
