  • 1 lb Sausage sliced
  • 4 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sausage, potatoes, onion, cheese, milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
