Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Sausage sliced
- 4 cups Potatoes diced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. 
- In a large bowl, combine sausage, potatoes, onion, cheese, milk, butter, salt, and pepper. 
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. 
- Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
