Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff Recipe
A hearty and comforting beef stroganoff made easy in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef stew meat cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 package Egg noodles cooked according to package instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Toss beef stew meat in the mixture to coat.
2. Place the coated beef, onion, garlic, and mushrooms into the slow cooker.
3. Pour in the beef broth. Stir to combine.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
5. Stir in the sour cream just before serving.
6. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
