Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Bones preferably with marrow
  • 1 Onion quartered
  • 2 Carrots chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic smashed
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste
  • 10 cups Water

Instructions 

  1. Place the beef bones in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic.
  3. Pour in the apple cider vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add enough water to cover the bones and vegetables.
  5. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 24 hours.
  6. Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve and discard the solids.
  7. Let the broth cool, then refrigerate or freeze for later use.
