Slow Cooker Chicken Chili Recipe
Hearty and flavorful chicken chili made easy in a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Corn drained
- 1 can Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Place chicken breast at the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Add black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes on top of the chicken.
3. Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
4. Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper evenly over the top.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
6. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine.
7. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
