Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1. Place chicken, mixed vegetables, potatoes, and onions in the slow cooker.
2. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
3. Add salt, pepper, and flour. Stir well.
4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
