Slow Cooker Philly Steak Sandwich Recipe
Delicious and easy-to-make Philly steak sandwiches using a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 unit Onion, sliced
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 units Hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
1. Place beef, bell pepper, and onion in the slow cooker.
2. Pour beef broth over the mixture. Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Open hoagie rolls and place a slice of cheese on each side.
5. Use a slotted spoon to fill each roll with the beef mixture. Top with another slice of cheese.
6. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
