This is a simple recipe for making sour cream at home.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice or white vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Milk Optional, to adjust consistency
- 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and lemon juice or vinegar. 
- 2. Pour the mixture into a jar and cover it with a lid. 
- 3. Let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours to thicken. 
- 4. Stir well before using. If it's too thick, you can add a bit of milk to reach the desired consistency. 
- 5. Store in the refrigerator and use within a week.
