- 4 cups yellow squash, sliced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced yellow squash and chopped onion.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the squash is tender.
