Spinach Mushroom Quiche
A delicious and easy-to-make quiche with spinach and mushrooms.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach chopped
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
Stir in the chopped spinach, sliced mushrooms, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
