Ingredients 

Crust

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoon sugar

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping

Topping

  • 6 oz strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 20 oz frozen strawberries sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons sugar in a bowl. Press into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in strawberries. Chill until partially set.
  6. Pour strawberry mixture over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until firm.
