Strawberry Pretzel Salad Recipe

Crust
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoon sugar
Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping
Topping
- 6 oz strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 20 oz frozen strawberries sliced
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons sugar in a bowl. Press into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
In a separate bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in strawberries. Chill until partially set.
Pour strawberry mixture over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until firm.
