  • 2 cups Sushi rice cooked and cooled
  • 4 sheets Nori
  • 1 cup Cooked shrimp chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber julienned
  • 1 cup Carrot julienned
  • 1 avocado Avocado sliced
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce for dipping

Instructions 

  1. 1. Lay a sheet of nori on the bamboo sushi mat.
  2. 2. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  3. 3. Arrange shrimp, cucumber, carrot, and avocado in a line down the center of the rice.
  4. 4. Roll the sushi burrito tightly using the bamboo mat.
  5. 5. Slice in half with a sharp knife and serve with soy sauce for dipping.
