Swedish Glogg Recipe
A traditional Swedish mulled wine, perfect for the holidays.

Main Ingredients
- 1 bottle Red wine 750 ml
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 5 pieces Cloves
- 5 pieces Cardamom pods
- 1 piece Orange peel from one orange
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 cup Blanched almonds
Combine water, sugar, and spices in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the wine and orange peel. Heat until warm, but do not boil.
Strain the mixture to remove spices and orange peel.
Serve hot with raisins and blanched almonds.
