Sweet and Sour Chicken

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Bell Peppers cut into chunks
- 1 cup Pineapple Chunks drained
- ½ cup Onion cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Oil for frying
Sauce Ingredients
- ¼ cup Ketchup
- ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same wok, add bell peppers, onion, and pineapple. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
4. In a bowl, mix ketchup, rice vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch slurry.
5. Pour sauce into the wok and bring to a simmer.
6. Add chicken back to the wok and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Serve hot over rice.
