Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks drained
  • ½ cup Onion cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoon Oil for frying

Sauce Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add bell peppers, onion, and pineapple. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. In a bowl, mix ketchup, rice vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch slurry.
  5. 5. Pour sauce into the wok and bring to a simmer.
  6. 6. Add chicken back to the wok and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot over rice.
