- 2 cups cucumbers, finely chopped
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1.5 cups white vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
1. Combine cucumbers, onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
2. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, celery seeds, and turmeric. Bring to a boil.
3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the chopped vegetables. Stir well.
4. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
