  • 4 cups Cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Celery seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine cucumbers and salt in a bowl. Let sit for 1 hour.
  2. 2. Rinse cucumbers and drain well.
  3. 3. In a saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, mustard seeds, and celery seeds. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Pour hot mixture over cucumbers. Let cool.
  5. 5. Transfer pickles to jars and refrigerate.
