Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
  2. 2. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and mix well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  6. 6. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
