Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 2 Tomatoes sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a quiche pan and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and heavy cream.
  4. Add the shredded cheese, sliced tomatoes, and chopped basil to the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  7. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
