- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Dip the chicken in flour, then buttermilk, and then back in flour.
3. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
4. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
