Vegetable Broth Recipe
A simple and flavorful vegetable broth recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 2 large Carrots chopped
- 2 stalks Celery chopped
- 1 large Onion quartered
- 4 cloves Garlic smashed
- 1 bunch Parsley fresh
- 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
- 2 leaves Bay Leaves
- 8 cups Water
1. Place all ingredients in a large pot.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
3. Strain the broth and discard the solids.
4. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
