Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large Carrots chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 1 large Onion quartered
  • 4 cloves Garlic smashed
  • 1 bunch Parsley fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
  • 2 leaves Bay Leaves
  • 8 cups Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  3. 3. Strain the broth and discard the solids.
  4. 4. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
