Vegetable Fried Rice
A quick and easy vegetable fried rice recipe that's perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- 2 pcs Green onions chopped
Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Push the vegetables to the side and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
