White Chili with Ground Turkey

- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 can White Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Green Chilies diced
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
2. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
3. Add the ground turkey to the pot and cook until browned.
4. Stir in the cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
5. Add the white beans, green chilies, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
6. Reduce heat and let it cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or fresh cilantro.
