Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Yellow Squash, sliced
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Cracker Crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot, boil sliced squash and chopped onion until tender. Drain well.
In a mixing bowl, combine squash, onion, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
