  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined medium size
  • 1 cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 Serrano peppers sliced
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • ½ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine lime juice, serrano peppers, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
  3. 3. Pour the blended lime juice mixture over the shrimp and vegetables. Mix well.
  4. 4. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
